i found the hotel offered a variety of complimentary amenities. they included toothbrushes, hairbrushes, teas, and coffees. i especially loved the convenience of having washers and dryers available . a convenience store was right on the first floor too.
the bathroom looked a bit old. i noticed a urine stain on the toilet, so i cleaned it. i wiped the whole bathroom floor with lysol too. the smell did not go away.

the location was very convenient near ginza 6. shops were very close. a familymart was attached to the building and a 7eleven was at the back. laundry and dryers were on site.
the staff did not help call a restaurant i wanted to try. they said they could not help set up a reservation. i wanted them to ask if the restaurant had space for unreserved guests but they refused.

a romantic Ginza getaway

the family mart connected directly to the hotel was convenient for late-night snacks, providing ease . the location allowed for leisurely strolls, as it was steps away from ginza's best shops.
i did notice a slight moldy smell from the air conditioner in my room when it was running, however, the room was very clean. requesting crispy bacon at breakfast proved difficult, though the staff ultimately accommodated me once.
